How to reimagine your customer experience?

During the pandemic Johnnie Johnson Housing has overseen significant change and transformation, including being one of the first HAs to implement a permanent hybrid working model, moving away from the traditional office environment and setting up an Innovation Hub concept for collaboration.

Part of that transformation has included delivery of a new digital experience through their website, portal and mobile app, as well as re-engineering the way change and transformation is delivered and making it more customer-centric in design and delivery.

At the heart of it all has been Steve Allcock, hear how they reimagined their customer experience and became “The most Innovative Housing Provider” award winner at the 2022 Housing Digital awards.
