We are aware that many housing providers are starting to employ digital workers (robotic process automation) to support their digital transformation initiatives, particularly concerning automating back office procedures to deliver cost savings. Housing providers now have the chance to build on these procedures by exploring end-to-end automation combined with service redesign, which can have a significant impact on all aspects of the organisation, by enhancing customer experience, and resulting in cost savings.
We are delighted to welcome Naz Juna from leading RPA provider Blue Prism to demonstrate:
- How Digital Workers can be incorporated into your digital strategy.
- The critical steps in deploying a DW.
- The advantages of employing digital workers
Jody Adams of Peabody will present real-world practical examples of the benefits of implementing digital workers in his organisation.
