During the pandemic Yorkshire Housing has overseen significant change and transformation, including being one of the first HAs to implement a permanent remote working model, selling its traditional office in the centre of Leeds whilst configuring a new bespoke Hub on the outskirts.
Part of that transformation has included delivery of a new remote working digital experience through their website, portal and mobile app, as well as changing to a complete work from home culture.
