Acuity are experienced providers of Satisfaction Surveys & Customer Research, Benchmarking, Staff Engagement, Learning & Development and Consultancy to the social housing sector.
Lynne Mills, Golden Marzipan Customer Experience Consultant
Lynne Mills was previously a Director at the Institute of Customer Service advising blue chip/privately owned and not for profit organisations on transforming their customer experience. Prior to that Lynne has worked for BT and Cap Gemini. Lynne currently sits on the Board of Weaver Vale Housing.
