Accessible, focused and relevant: our Breakfast Briefings and workshops help you manage change effectively

As activists for change, we are always keen to share knowledge and best practice on transformation and we run several free events and publish regular blogs to help the social housing sector develop capacity for effective change management. Our Breakfast Briefings have proved the most popular of these, with over 300 people and counting already benefiting from these bi-weekly, bite sized sessions. This has resulted in us gathering “Friends of Golden Marzipan” – a community of liked minded change agents and we’re delighted they both recognise and appreciate our service.

If you have missed any of our events, then head over to our Insights page to catch up on the hot topics we’ve already covered.

“The Breakfast Briefings are accessible, focussed, relevant in the moment and challenging.”
Paul Smith, Chair, Weaver Vale Housing Trust
“The events bring together good people in the sector that have all got issues, to share and learn from each other.”
Jenny Osbourne, Chief Executive & Chair, Stockport Homes
“What impressed me about your Breakfast Briefings is that people are really open and thoughtful about what they've done and why they've done it. So there's a lot of learning, and then a lot of sharing ideas”.
Gail Teasdale, Chief Executive, Broadacres.
“I really enjoy the way you're bringing new thinking into the sector and ideas we might not have heard from other sectors or other organisations.”
Sean Kent, Executive Resources Director, Hundred Houses.
“It's clear you put a lot of effort into preparing for your events, which is really important”
